"U-Pick" Berries
We currently have
three types of "u-pick" berries: Strawberries, Olallieberries,
and Boysenberries. All our berries are hand-planted and no pesticides are ever used. The strawberry and olallieberry jams sold in our Country Store are made with these same
berries and made right here on the premises.
STRAWBERRIES
are ripe and ready for picking from around late April or mid May through the end of September, depending on
seasonal weather patterns.
BOYSENBERRIES
are ripe and ready for picking from around late June through the end of July,
depending on seasonal weather patterns.
OLALLIEBERRIES
are ripe and ready for picking from around mid June through the end of July, depending on the weather.
Berries are delicious fresh, but can also be frozen for later use without losing their quality. To freeze berries, spread freshly-picked, unwashed berries on a baking or cookie sheet and freeze until firm. Using a spatula, remove them from the baking sheet and transfer to ziplock freezer storage bags and put in freezer.

berries are $2.75 per pound. The cost of berries is in
addition to the
entrance fee.
