From Highway 101 and Interstate 280 (North and South)

Take the Hwy 92/Half Moon Bay exit (West).

After entering Half Moon Bay, take a left onto Hwy 1 (South).

Continue on Hwy 1 for approximately 17 miles.

Turn left onto Pescadero Road (just immediately past Pescadero Beach).

Follow Pescadero Road into town (about 1-2 miles). You will come to an intersection that has a small market/gas station on the corner. Do not turn here! Continue straight for about 1 mile on Pescadero Road and you will see our sign on the right side that reads, "Welcome to Phipps."

Turn right into the parking lot next to the Country Store.

From Highway 1 Santa Cruz (South)

Go North on Hwy 1 for approximately 35 miles.

Turn right onto Pescadero Road (just immediately before Pescadero Beach).

Follow Pescadero Road into town (about 1-2 miles). You will come to an intersection that has a small market/gas station on the corner. Do not turn here! Continue straight for about 1 mile on Pescadero Road and you will see our sign on the right side that reads, "Welcome to Phipps."

Turn right into the parking lot next to the Country Store.

From Highway 1 San Francisco (North)

Go South on Hwy 1 to Pescadero.

Turn left onto Pescadero Road (just immediately after Pescadero Beach).
