School Field Trips
At Phipps Country Farm children can see our farm in
production: beans sprouting, colorful pumpkins at their early
stage, berries growing or ripe for picking, and a variety of
other plants, flowers, herbs, and trees.
The barnyard
has a variety of animals -- from the ordinary to the exotic. The geese, ducks,
and other animals have plenty to say to our visitors. We
keep a bin of carrots in the Country Store
especially for people who want to feed the animals.
In our Country
Store we carry a large selection of dried beans, herbs, spices,
vinegars, jams, gifts, and fresh produce. Children love the flavored honey
sticks the best!
Our
nursery behind the Country Store has a
variety of plants, flowers, birds, rabbits, plants, and a miniature creek with bridge.
If you would like to arrange a
field trip to Phipps Country, please contact us by telephone or email so we
can send you a group confirmation form to complete and return to us before
your visit.
